A Project Management Team (PMT) will be established from the beginning of the project with the aim of overall monitoring the project progress and activities steering in alignment with the proposed concepts and methodology. The PMT will consist of the Project Coordinator (PC) – (Symeon Nikolaou) and the WP leaders (FRC, NovaM), each with a voting right with majority decision making rule for cases where a decision cannot be taken unanimously. The PC has extensive experience in the coordination of projects and he will have the ultimate responsibility of the project day-to-day management and be responsible for any communications with RIF.
